"This was a great placement for Nathan... He has bonded with your staff and his friends there at the home."

--Nikki, Nathan's Mom

"I have been working in health care for over thirty years and have seen few ICF-DD homes that match the quality of compassionate care that Provident Place homes provide.  I would not hesitate to recommend these homes.  They are truly exceptional."

Compassionate care for special needs!

Provident Place has three intermediate care facilities; Mariah Place, Ituma Place, and Cheshire Place, where we provide around the clock professional residential care for ambulatory adolescent and adult males with special needs.  We assist our clients with their basic needs, and provide heightened supervision, structure, support and resources that define our programs and enhance the lives of our clients.

Provident Place's facilities are licensed and certified by the State of California as Intermediate Care Facilities for Developmentally Disabled - Habilitative (ICF-DD H).
